Kevin and Dianna recently started building their new house, with Bill Mulder in control. Approximately mid June only the ground floor was in position. It is very hard to provide details of the outside of this house, because the house has one very unique design feature. The house rotates. The pictures below only include three outside walls.

This is one of two trusses which support the roof. The outside of these is for storage.
This photo shows the second truss.
The angled piece upwards is not a final piece. It shows the slope of the roof.
This flat area was built deliberately for the helicopter to deliver the building materials.
The location has a view of over 270 degrees. This is one view showing the south end of Passage Island.
The unmistakable face of Bill Mulder. Normally he hides from the camera. This time he comes up close!
The next five photos give an idea of the rotation of this house. Ultimately there will be an electric motor, but for these photos, three men pushed it, although it can probably be done by one person. The house is built on a circular track with rollers on top of it, which support the heavy metal foundation of the house. People seem to experience an odd effect, at least the first time they are involved while standing on the top floor. When you come downstairs again after a rotation all the rooms appear to have moved. The eye must use the outside views for orientation, even when looking inside a house.

July 7 also happens to be Dianne's birthday. On this occasion it was a surprise party for 2 pm. Dianne actually arrived at about 3:15 pm. Rick had been assigned the duty of keeping her away. He did a great job! The first party in their new home was Dianne's birthday party.
